Whether it is Pro(Ag)gressive Fit­ness Boot Camps, Group Train­ing, or every­day cir­cuits there are no train­ing the­atrics and “work­outs” that leave you tired but with­out results. Pro(Ag)gressive Fit­ness is strictly com­mit­ted to your phys­i­cal pro­gres­sion and we have tes­ti­mo­ni­als to prove it!

Convenience

Cen­trally located on Don­ald Street near “Con­fu­sion Cor­ner”, daily train­ing cir­cuits run through­out busi­ness hours and a com­mit­ted and engag­ing staff is always on hand to lend a hand or answer ques­tions. In addi­tion, Boot Camps are run through­out the year. These are per­fect for the time-pressed indi­vid­ual and run as early as 6am.

Membership Variety

First, Pro(Ag)gressive Fit­ness offers basic facil­ity mem­ber­ships, which includes full use of the facil­ity dur­ing busi­ness hours. Take advan­tage of the daily cir­cuits posted, do your own thing with the exclu­sive equip­ment, or pick the brain of one of our strength coaches or per­sonal trainers.

Sec­ond, Group Train­ing is avail­able for those want­ing more atten­tion and guid­ance. Group Train­ing takes place in the McDole Per­for­mance Stu­dio, attached to the facil­ity, where spe­cial­ized pro­grams are devel­oped for Group Train­ing mem­bers. A Cer­ti­fied Strength and Con­di­tion­ing Spe­cial­ist will coach groups through resis­tance train­ing and func­tional con­di­tion­ing. Enjoy the ben­e­fits of pri­vate atten­tion from a Per­sonal Trainer who actu­ally cares.

Finally, Boot Camps run on a monthly basis and are per­fect for those peo­ple who know they just do not have the time to com­mit to a year-round, intense train­ing program.
