Fierce Fitness Boot Camps have been developed by Chris McDole for the past 6 years. Utilizing many of the tools he has used to train amateur and professional athletes, Fierce Fitness offers something challenging, rewarding, and, most importantly, different. Fierce Fitness Boot Camps
Fierce Fitness Single Boot Camp - $150.00
- Access to Fierce Fitness Camp, which run every month of the year.
- Various start times throughout the day for the early risers and the weekend warriors.
- Three training sessions per week.
Fierce Fitness Annual Boot Camps Memberships - $99.00 per month
Memberships are billed with EFT/Credit Card and are a 12-month agreement. First payment due at the END of the first month of membership – billed monthly thereafter.
- Take advantage of any or all of our intense four-week training programs which run throughout the year.
- Boot Camps run monthly and consist of three training sessions per week.
- Annual Boot Camps Memberships provide access to seven fat-melting strength and cardio sessions in each training program including our famous “Butts & Guts” workout.

“Can I sign up for a 1-Month Boot Camp at anytime?”
Yes, our Boot Camps can begin any time throughout the month. The 4-weeks will simply begin the day you sign up.
“How long does each training session last?”
The Boot Camps last approximately 40–45 minutes; however, this neither includes warming up nor cooling down which our trainers will encourage.
“I haven’t worked out in ages, would I be okay in a Boot Camp?”
Pro(Ag)gressive Fitness Centre’s Boot Camps have been developed in a way so that beginners, as well as more advanced members can participate and see great results. Participants range from very beginners to members using the Boot Camps as additional method to condition for marathons and other competitive endeavours. Our trainers are friendly, never judgemental, and try to push everyone to the best of their capabilities.
