Fierce Fit­ness Boot Camps have been devel­oped by Chris McDole for the past 6 years. Uti­liz­ing many of the tools he has used to train ama­teur and pro­fes­sional ath­letes, Fierce Fit­ness offers some­thing chal­leng­ing, reward­ing, and, most impor­tantly, dif­fer­ent. Tap­ping into resis­tance train­ing and energy sys­tems train­ing, results are absolutely tremen­dous with proper ded­i­ca­tion! Fierce Fitness Boot Camps

Fierce Fit­ness Sin­gle Boot Camp - $150.00

  • Access to Fierce Fit­ness Camp, which run every month of the year.
  • Var­i­ous start times through­out the day for the early ris­ers and the week­end warriors.
  • Three train­ing ses­sions per week.

Fierce Fit­ness Annual Boot Camps Mem­ber­ships - $99.00 per month

Mem­ber­ships are billed with EFT/Credit Card and are a 12-month agree­ment. First pay­ment due at the END of the first month of mem­ber­ship – billed monthly thereafter.

  • Take advan­tage of any or all of our intense four-week train­ing pro­grams which run through­out the year.
  • Boot Camps run monthly and con­sist of three train­ing ses­sions per week.
  • Annual Boot Camps Mem­ber­ships pro­vide access to seven fat-melting strength and car­dio ses­sions in each train­ing pro­gram includ­ing our famous “Butts & Guts” workout.

“Can I sign up for a 1-Month Boot Camp at anytime?”

Yes, our Boot Camps can begin any time through­out the month. The 4-weeks will sim­ply begin the day you sign up.

“How long does each train­ing ses­sion last?”

The Boot Camps last approx­i­mately 40–45 min­utes; how­ever, this nei­ther includes warm­ing up nor cool­ing down which our train­ers will encourage.

“I haven’t worked out in ages, would I be okay in a Boot Camp?”

Pro(Ag)gressive Fit­ness Centre’s Boot Camps have been devel­oped in a way so that begin­ners, as well as more advanced mem­bers can par­tic­i­pate and see great results. Par­tic­i­pants range from very begin­ners to mem­bers using the Boot Camps as addi­tional method to con­di­tion for marathons and other com­pet­i­tive endeav­ours.  Our train­ers are friendly, never judge­men­tal, and try to push every­one to the best of their capabilities.
