Before mak­ing any long-term com­mit­ments, you can expe­ri­ence all Pro(Ag)gressive Fit­ness has to offer with a 30 day trial mem­ber­ship. The staff at Pro(Ag)gressive is con­fi­dent that mem­bers will see phys­i­cal results from their train­ing and will enjoy the wel­com­ing & friendly atmos­phere pro­vided to them. Come meet our staff, meet the other mem­bers, and give us a chance to earn your long-term business.

Our “30 Days To Fit” Trial Mem­ber­ship includes:

At the end of the trial mem­ber­ship, if Pro(Ag)gressive Fit­ness is not the club for you, sim­ply walk away and you will be under no fur­ther obligation.


Membership Options

Mem­ber­ships are billed with EFT/Credit Card and are a 12-month agree­ment. First pay­ment due at the END of the first month of mem­ber­ship – billed monthly thereafter.

Group Training Membership – $297 for one month

Group Train­ing pro­vides a more com­pre­hen­sive resistance-training pro­gram for groups of up to 6 peo­ple. Per­fect for those want­ing more atten­tion and guid­ance in their train­ing. Group Coach­ing mem­bers receive basic Gym Access, as well as four Group Train­ing ses­sions per week, which take place in our pri­vate train­ing stu­dio. A com­pre­hen­sive group-fitness pro­gram, which changes monthly, is designed to boost metab­o­lism, increase strength, melt fat, improve sleep, and decrease risk of injuries. Struc­tural Bal­ance Assess­ment– start­ing at $129.99

The human body is a highly struc­tured work­ing organ­ism. Each joint of our bod­ies is sur­rounded by lig­a­ments, ten­dons, mus­cles, nerves, and the like, which pro­vides us with mobil­ity, sta­bil­ity, and which serves to pre­vent injuries to the afore­men­tioned joints. When the strength of these joints is com­pro­mised by imbal­ances to the sur­round­ing phys­i­o­log­i­cal struc­ture, we run the risk of pain, inhib­ited per­for­mance of daily activ­i­ties, poor pos­ture, and even­tual injury.

The Struc­tural Bal­ance Assess­ment, there­fore, serves to expose glar­ing weak­nesses which are cur­rently hold­ing an indi­vid­ual back or which could lead to injury. Once our train­ers have exposed any imbal­ances, a train­ing pro­gram can be devel­oped to build upon struc­tural weak­nesses in order to improve the health, bal­ance, and strength of movement.

For those want­ing indi­vid­u­al­ized atten­tion, Pro(Ag)gressive offers our per­son­al­ized con­sul­ta­tion pro­gram. Mem­bers receive the Pro(Ag)gressive Fit­ness’ Per­fect Fit Starter’s Guide. In addi­tion, mem­bers receive a face-to-face con­sult and direct email cor­re­spon­dence with our Strength & Con­di­tion­ing Spe­cial­ists to cover every­thing, begin­ning with your daily eat­ing habits and any­thing else along the way.

The Per­fect Fit Starter’s Guide is an excel­lent start­ing point for any­one want­ing to make minor or more sub­stan­tial changes to their health, appear­ance, or well being. The guide con­tains selected arti­cles, Coaches’ Tips, healthy recipes, an eat­ing plan, and, most impor­tantly, your diet log. Once you have signed up and taken home your Starter’s Guide, you can begin track­ing your daily food intake.

Next, with your weekly food jour­nal as the topic at hand, your habits will be dis­cussed at a face-to-face meet­ing. You will be given some real­is­tic ways to fol­low, and stick to, a new way of eat­ing prop­erly and nutritiously.

Every­one wants a quick diet fix, which is com­pletely pos­si­ble. Pri­vate train­ing ses­sions assign mem­bers with a Cer­ti­fied Strength & Con­di­tion­ing Spe­cial­ist. One-on-one atten­tion, a per­son­al­ized pro­gram, and per­sonal progress records are pro­vided through­out your ses­sions. These intense train­ing ses­sions will focus on the results of your Struc­tural Bal­ance Assess­ment, which will guide your train­ing. This is an excel­lent option for any­one and, in par­tic­u­lar, those with spe­cial cir­cum­stances, such as injuries or lim­i­ta­tions which require you to have a spe­cific pro­gram designed for you.
