Before making any long-term commitments, you can experience all Pro(Ag)gressive Fitness has to offer with a 30 day trial membership. The staff at Pro(Ag)gressive is confident that members will see physical results from their training and will enjoy the welcoming & friendly atmosphere provided to them. Come meet our staff, meet the other members, and give us a chance to earn your long-term business.
Our “30 Days To Fit” Trial Membership includes:

- Basic Gym Access Membership
- Unlimited access to Boot Camp programs
- Unlimited access to Beginners Group Training sessions
At the end of the trial membership, if Pro(Ag)gressive Fitness is not the club for you, simply walk away and you will be under no further obligation.
Membership Options
Memberships are billed with EFT/Credit Card and are a 12-month agreement. First payment due at the END of the first month of membership – billed monthly thereafter.
Group Training Membership – $297 for one month
Group Training provides a more comprehensive resistance-training program for groups of up to 6 people. Perfect for those wanting more attention and guidance in their training. Group Coaching members receive basic Gym Access, as well as four Group Training sessions per week, which take place in our private training studio. A comprehensive group-fitness program, which changes monthly, is designed to boost metabolism, increase strength, melt fat, improve sleep, and decrease risk of injuries. Structural Balance Assessment– starting at $129.99
The human body is a highly structured working organism. Each joint of our bodies is surrounded by ligaments, tendons, muscles, nerves, and the like, which provides us with mobility, stability, and which serves to prevent injuries to the aforementioned joints. When the strength of these joints is compromised by imbalances to the surrounding physiological structure, we run the risk of pain, inhibited performance of daily activities, poor posture, and eventual injury.
The Structural Balance Assessment, therefore, serves to expose glaring weaknesses which are currently holding an individual back or which could lead to injury. Once our trainers have exposed any imbalances, a training program can be developed to build upon structural weaknesses in order to improve the health, balance, and strength of movement.

For those wanting individualized attention, Pro(Ag)gressive offers our personalized consultation program. Members receive the Pro(Ag)gressive Fitness’ Perfect Fit Starter’s Guide. In addition, members receive a face-to-face consult and direct email correspondence with our Strength & Conditioning Specialists to cover everything, beginning with your daily eating habits and anything else along the way.
The Perfect Fit Starter’s Guide is an excellent starting point for anyone wanting to make minor or more substantial changes to their health, appearance, or well being. The guide contains selected articles, Coaches’ Tips, healthy recipes, an eating plan, and, most importantly, your diet log. Once you have signed up and taken home your Starter’s Guide, you can begin tracking your daily food intake.
Next, with your weekly food journal as the topic at hand, your habits will be discussed at a face-to-face meeting. You will be given some realistic ways to follow, and stick to, a new way of eating properly and nutritiously.
Everyone wants a quick diet fix, which is completely possible. Pro(Ag)gressive Fitness provides the most effective ways to achieve the figure you want; however, we truly believe proper eating habits goes far beyond simply looking fabulous. Private training sessions assign members with a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. One-on-one attention, a personalized program, and personal progress records are provided throughout your sessions. These intense training sessions will focus on the results of your Structural Balance Assessment, which will guide your training. This is an excellent option for anyone and, in particular, those with special circumstances, such as injuries or limitations which require you to have a specific program designed for you.

Recent medical research, published in peer-reviewed medical journals, lists pain relief through increases in endorphins, pain management, reduced trait anxiety and depression, and temporarily reduced high blood pressure and heart rate as health benefits associates with massage therapy.
