Cashew Parmesan ChickenMy mom makes a version of this chicken that is a popular Kraft recipe. I can do without the Ritz crackers breadcrumbs regardless of how good they taste. I knew I could clean it up a bit and I think my version turned out great! Instead of Ritz crackers, I used cashews which I ground up in a blender. This is a quick and easy recipe that is great for those days you don’t feel like cooking.

Recommended: The GRID Mini Foam Roller

GRID Mini Foam RollerEveryone makes fun of my mini foam roller but I love it! I had bought one for home and shortly after purchased another one for the gym. The guys don’t like it as much as I do but I love that it gets right between my shoulder blades to allow for some pretty deep pressure to my rhomboids and mid-traps.
